Guideline for Parents

A note to parents and guardians :

1. Please ensure that your children are in complete uniform neat and tidy and reach the school before the bell rigns for assembly.

2. Once the child comes to the school, he/she will not be allowed to leave before the school gets over. Hence requests for half day leave, short leave etc. Will not be entertained in case a student has special engagement or a medical appointment during school hours, he/she must school is to be contacted.

3. Parents/guardians/visitors are not allowed the class and meet the students and interview the teachers during school hours. In case of an urgent need for meeting the students or teachers, the principal of the school is to be contacted.

4. Late comes and absentees from school will not be admitted to class without principal’s signature. Fine of rs. 5/- per day will be charged.

5. No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application from parents and that too only for serious reasons. Students absent without prior permission must report to the principal or return to school with written application signed by parents/guardian.

6. Pupils are not allowed to leave the school during recess or during the school hours.

7. If a students continues to be absent for a month, without the previous written permission of the principal of the school, his/her name will be struck of the school rolls and incase of his/her rejoining, the re-admission fee will be charged. The school authorities may exercise their right of no readmitting any student who fails to return in time.

8. students whose attendance falls short of 75% will neither be permitted to appear in the examination not promoted to next class.

9. A month’s notice in writing is required before a pupil can be withdrawal in lieu of notice additional one-month fees will be charged no pass certificate will be issued to any student who leaves the institution before the end of the session.

10. The date of birth of students once entered will not be changed.

11. It is compulsory for the student to appear in all monthly and terminal tests. Students absent from an examination for any reason will not be re-examined.

12. Fees are charged for twelve months of the year. The fees for the term must be paid in full even if the pupil leaves before the term is over. Fees to be paid by the 10the of the due month.

13. Parents should not dictate to the management in any way. The management has every right to lay down conditions for admission. Promotion or detention of the pupil.

14. No pupil will be allowed to remain absent from games and physical activities with out written note from a doctor, which is to be renewed every month.

15. The school will not entertain any application for change in route in transportation the parents/guardians are advised to reach their wards/children to a place, through which school buses pass.

16. The school desire to have co-operation and close contact with teachers of your children in order to develop an atmosphere that is conductive to better and more effective education.

17. Parents/guardians are advised to ensure that students do not bring mobile phones and other valuable items to school as it is against the rules. Otherwise the mobile phones will not confiscated and appropriate action against such student will be taken.

18. Students of the school are not allowed to come on motor-bikes in any circumstances, as this is against the law, and meant for their safety also.

19. Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations framed for them and violation will entail strict disciplinary action and such student may not be allowed to continue in the school.
